BITS has a semester magazine called 'BITScan'. It is published by BITS in January and August every year. It talks about the various events happening at BITS in a particular semester. The BITS annual magazine is called 'Cactus Flower'.
BITS has Music, Hindi Drama, English Drama, Hindi Press, English Press Clubs, Creative Activities Centre and English Language Activities and Hindi Activities Societies.
The Institute also runs Recreational Activity Forum, Photography Club, Radio Club, Swimming Club, Cuckoo Club and Trekker's Club whose membership is open to students and staff.

OASIS is a cultural festival organized by the students during the days adjoining Dussehra or Diwali.

APOGEE or A Professions-Oriented Gathering Over Educational Experience, organized in an Academic Week during the Second Semester is a sort of academic get-together.
'Ragamalika', a classical music circle encourages budding talent among the students in music and dance. It also arranges performances by leading artists in the field of classical music and dance.
Recreational Activity Forum (RAF) regularly organizes film shows for the BITS community.
BOSM (BITS Open Sports Meet) is an All India Sports Meet conducted every year during the month of September for a duration of five days.
Interface is the annual All India Management convention organized by the Management Association of BITS, Pilani.
